Many things not working with my MagicJack

For starters, I can only call cell phones it won't let me call land lines anymore.
2. Where the contacts and calls are in the "calls" is not working. It has only showed the calls that I made a few weeks ago, not all the recent incoming or outgoing calls.
3. when I talk to people after a few minutes I start breaking up to other people and they cant hear me.

Now I have tried all 3 of my USB ports, I am not using the extention it came with. I have tried it on 4 different other computers at 4 different locations and it still does the same thing. So is it messed up for good, should I contact MagicJack and if so does anyone have a # for them or does anyone know anything that I might be missing that I have not done?

Do you have your address book (contacts) copied ?
Were you ever able to call land phones ?
Did the contacts and calls section ever work correctly ?
This may be a dumb question...but have you restarted your Magic Jack ??
