So I've finally played around with this option and here's the history as of now:
No proxy fix: horrible quality...very choppy to get to Columbus
Proxy fix: most choppiness eliminated but still has issues with a current wifi connection
With the air card (3G) selected, I have not seen any choppiness from Japan to US. I want to try this a little more before implementing it to my services thread. Could a few of you give me your feedback on that option? I'm looking for pro's/con's. I also do not know if it will start up that way every start-up but will try once I get my server back up and running.
BTW, I had to move because my house on base was scheduled for renovation.
