If anyone calls me he gets busy signal if I call it dos work it has been more then two month and no one can help?

I had this exact same problem. After contacting MagicJack's technical support chat nine times, it was finally solved when instead of continuing to give me useless advice and empty promises that "engineers" would fix the problem, "Benjamin" said he would "refresh my account." Once he did that, the problem was immediately solved.

So, contact MagicJack technical support chat at http://www.magicjack.com/techchat and tell them to "refresh your account."
