While I cannot state for certain (without testing), I would assume not. They put out special software just to be able to deal with 3G. the reason for this is that 3G still has very high latency in the network traffic. Speed is one thing but actual time of transit cycle. If you are in an area that cannot get an internet connection. I would go with Dish Network's internet service. this will give you a much better connection, dial-up internet simply isn't feasible anymore. Websites and even e-mail sizes no longer take this format into account when being created.
