bringing up and putting your curser on the dial pad quick ke

I make alot of calls through the day because of work (over 200-300 calls per day). While I am making calls I am reading websites. But as soon as I find the client I am calling isn't answering I go right to the next call without skipping a beat (time is money right?). Well, while I am on a website I have the curser clicked on the website and when I make the next call I have to put my curser in the dial box to make the next call which is a pain. Does anyone know of any quick keys or anything where it will automatically go in that box to dial the #? Thanks in advance for your help.
