Recieving Phone Does Not Ring? HELP

Has anyone had a problem... I am sure someone has when you make a call you hear it ringing but the receiving partys phone does not ring for many rings or not at all? Is there a fix for this?

switch the phone brand to Panasonic

The Phone I am using is a Panasonic? Any other sugestions?

People have had some problems with panasonic phones and MJ here's an example of one http://tntdiscount.info/panny-mj-fix.php the first thing to try would be a different phone. If that doesn't help then a powered usb hub might help.
