No audio on either end

I have been working with my MJ for a while, trying to get it fixed... I am running windows server 2007 and my MJ worked for about a month before stopping.

The problem is as follows:

I can dial a call from the phone to my cell phone, and I hear a dialtone, but I don't hear any ringing. The cell phone lights up and starts ringing and if I answer there is no sound on either end. I can also call the MJ phone and it rings, but there is the same issue with no sound.

I've forwarded the ports that need to be (5060, 5061, 5070) from what I've read... not sure what else to do.

I appreciate the help.

I have the same EXACT problem on mine... on both a Mac and Windows computer.

I had about 6 chats yesterday with support and one today and they are submitting a report to the engineers about this. Please let them know about your problem so they know it is more than one person.

Thanks for the response... I definitely will. Please let me know if you find any resolution from them on this.
