Putting People On Hold?
When you put people on hold does anyone ever get the other person back on the line? Or does it just hang up on them after so long. Also does anyone know how to mod the Hold music in the magic jack so you don't have to listen to the same music or how does this hold music work?
MOH Feature
The MOH feature uses the FLASH function on the phone...the same one you use if you have a Call Waiting. To get the call back, just hit the button again. If you don't have a FLASH button, then you need to use the switch hook, but that can be tricky cause you have to do it "just right"...timing is everything. If you DO have a flash button and it still gives you some trouble, some phone allow you to adjust the length of the flash, so you might try adjusting that to be longer or shorter.
