I paid for the 5 year plan and they got my money but my account shows to expire after just 1 year. How do I contact anyone in the company...

that link just take me back to a huge circle of Magicjack pages... no live chat, no tech support, no "contact us" .... no NOTHING but their B/S....

Go to the link I sent you and click on search where it says to enter your question, the NEXT page shows a LIVE CHAT icon..

Try a little harder the next time.
