the first time I plugged my MJ in, I got the error "ACCESS DENIED OR FILE IN USE, MAY BE USED WITH OTHER APPLICATIONS". I have spent hours and hours on the chat with their "upper level support" and so far only one person figured out the problem. MJ was working great and then..............had to reboot, and had to start all over with the MJ. That was over a week ago, and MJ still not working. We figured out that a setting in my computer is interferring with MJ start up.
Will someone PLEASE help me. I know it works on the proper settings.

Tell me what details you need. When I plug it in, the MJ icon appears for a few seconds, then just disappears. I'm not recieveing any errors anymore. I firmly believe that something, whether it be an application or setting is interrupting the MJ from running. The one tech at MJ that got it working agreed........I just don;t remember what all we did. I've reformated, I;ve deleted upper and lower filters, uninstalled all security apps, gone into regedit and done their whole routine numerous times. I will provide any info needed to help fix this.
Can you do a system restore back to a date when magic jack was working. I had to do this once after Magic Jack messed up my computer and couldn't fix it back.
