Trying to play games

I know this must have been asked many times. I used the search feature and used google and found no solutions

When someone makes or receives a phone call while i am in the middle of playing a game (full screen) it minimizes my game. As anyone who plays games online (multiplayer) knows, this is a huge nuisance.

I tried magicblock. This did not work. I think this is because Fullscreen and Maximized are two different things.

I tried setting up my MJ to run as a service (i have vista). The only instructions i found were here: http://www.phoneservicesupport.com/post48262.html#48262 and did not work.

any other ideas?
