In-call touchtone menu problem when using hardware phone

Hey all,

Whenever I call a phone number that requires a touchtone menu input, the numbers don't register when I press them on my cordless phone.

For instance, when I call the bank to check my account and it says "press 1 for....", I press 1 but it doesn't register.

Anyone else have this problem?

Log into your account at my.magicjack.com
Log in with email and password
Click on the grey bar which says my.magicjack ( ignore the rest of the screen)
Click on magicjack settings
Then check the Pin not Recognized box
Click save
Log out
Restart your MJ ( right click on the MJ icon in the lower right of your screen then advanced users then restart) OR just reboot your PC and let MJ start as usual

That SHOULD fix your problem
