Any fixes for this?

So I have been just using my Magic Jack for a few long distance calls here and there. I decided to try it out this month full time and if I liked it to drop my land line. Well, anyway I've already noticed a problem. It seems like about half the time when people call me it will go straight to voice mail and not ring. Anyone else seen this issue? Is there a fix for it? Why is it going to voicemail instead of ringing?
