Hello fellow users,
It's very embarrasing when making calls from my majicjack phone. The person on the other end knows that Im using Magicjack because it is displayed on their caller-id. Then I'm immediately told; "Your voice is breaking up so bad that were not going to be able to communicate. I have to beg them to call me back. If they do call back they can hear me just fine. Therefore, my voice quality is degraded only when making calls from my Panasonic model: KX-TS105W. I've tried different phones in the past, but they proved worse the one I'm using now. Please reply to the following questions:
1. Is there a way to change the caller-id display from 'magicjack' to your phone number?
2. If you are happy with the performance of your Magicjack Telephone we would accept your feedback on Brand/Model with great appreciation.
Thanks, Doyle

I use the Vtech phones that you can find at walmart. I also use a GE cordless phone with answering machine that I picked up at the dollar store and both work great. I tried out a panasonic dect phone set recently and the phones had a static sound in the background. If your incoming calls sound good but outgoing sound bad that is usually a sign that your on an overloaded proxy server. Try going to the MJ wiki http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/MagicJack for some good info on improving call quality. Also search here in the forums and there's a ton of great topics on improving call quality. Good luck
