this is the message I recd from MJ chat line: I am trying this now

Lance: On your computer, go to Control Panel

Lance: Go to Network Connections

Lance: Right click on your active Internet connection or LAN

Lance: Select Properties

Lance: Scroll down to Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)

Lance: Click on Properties.

Lance: In there check the little circle that says ”Use the following DNS Server address”.

Lance: In Preferred DNS Server type in: 67.90.152.122

Lance: In Alternate DNS Server type in: 67.107.71.186

Lance: Click OK and OK.

That's interesting Jimmied.

There have been about three or four other people in recent days complaining about a 5 minute cut off, so please keep us posted on the results of these instructions.

I have made a few calls already after changing the DNS server numbers, per my previous post, and so far so good. Perhaps others can comment after making the changes. Nice to get these bugs out of the way, but cannot understand what MJ chat line did not give these instructions to other owners.
