disconnected calls
The first week, magic jack worked well. Then suddenly after exactly 5:12 minutes of talk time, each call was disconnected....I got a dial tone. Every time. I've spent hours with Tech support (if you can call them that) refreshing, upgrading, doing desk utility stuff with no results and whatever else they do to make you think they know what they're doing but really don't. I have a Macbook OS X Intel Core duo. There is no phone number or email to write anyone beyond these support people. Any suggestions?

Thanks for responding to my problem. It generally happens at exactly 5:12 minutes. Sometimes 5:10 but mostly 5:12. We have wireless in our building and since I have the modem in my apartment, I hooked up an ethernet cord from the modem to my computer and it seemed to fix the problem. At 5:12 minutes anyway. Other times the calls discontinue around 10 minutes. I'm not exactly sure what the real problem is. I live in Mexico and the internet connection isn't as swift as it could be. I think the problem may have more to do with the connection than the MJ. I'd appreciate any suggestions to help me fix the problem.
