MJ Update

Post by jimmied »

If you are having problems with MJ cutting off at the 5 minute mark, download the upgrade as follows:

turn off your firewall as follows but make sure you turn it on after following all the instructions below.

Start button > Settings > Control Panel > Windows Firewall, turn off

click the link to download and run the magicJack upgrade (applicable for both XP & Vista):

http://upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/upgrade.exe

run the upgrade.

CTRL+ALT+DEL on your keyboard.

Click on the Processes tab and look for magicJack.exe there.

Right click on it and set it to High Priority.
