magicjack upgraded and deleted my entire call history

Yesterday magicjack suddenly shutdown and gave me a message about an upgrade, however, this upgrade deleted my entire call history including a couple of important numbers I needed.

IDIOTS!

Mine did that also at first but later they came up fine.
