I love magicjack, it is great. I was wondering if there was a way to copy all of the setup information?, I mean when it first starts up from a working magicjack(aka known a my personal magicjack). onto a non working, non registered magicjack as i have one that doesn't work, and I would like to do something with it since it is collecting dust, like copy all the good nformation or setup info or registration data? just in case mine gets physically broken, like last time. please reply :

I wanted to just tell people that, decide which port you put it in, and keep using that usb port!
when i first got it, i stuck it in...and apparently it installed and some how(sorry, cant remember,) i started to answer questions, like what my email was that i first gave the company, email number one.
then, i decided i wanted it in a different usb port, so moved it and then again, it installed, and this time, asked again for my email ,but when i inputted email number one, it argued with me, said already in use by another registrant, and so i was forced to use my second email.
well, it let me go ahead and accept and THEN, and ONLY THEN, could i go get a phone number. but all it working fine.
only , when i go to My Computer, i see there is a 'device' on F as well as on G.
yet, only one exists, the one on G!
but i dont feel confident to try to delete. dont want problems. this shows up even after i re boot.
just a small mystery, not critical. doubt anyone could help me clean that up.
i just didnt think the magicjack would install until it ASKED permission like most things! but, oh well, it works.
in f e w days, we hope to make a decision to disconnect the land line, with its costs...yeah!!!!!!
anyone else see this thing abt installing and surprising you?? i was glad they accepted my 'other' email, even though THAT wasnt in my initial correspondance to magicjack.
