I had been using MJ (with Comcast) for about a month with no problems, then suddenly about 3 days ago, the signal from the inbound caller occasionally started disappearing to silence for about 5-15 secs at a time. During that period they can here me, but I can't here them. Today it happened about 5 times in a 20 minute call. This is totally unacceptable. I've had people hang up because they think the call has been terminated, even though it hasn't.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions? It was working fine previously, and no changes have been made to the computer. I don't think the MJ device is the problem either.

Same here, as of March 2009 MJ is my only means to make outgoing calls. I now have naked DSL which allowed me to keep my landline # to receive calls only...
I would give it till Monday and if you still have problems I would send a detailed email to [email protected]. I am sure they will have you jump though hoops with some bogus things to try so be careful...
