new mj. incoming audio is choppy but the other end can hear me ok.
tried different phones. bought a powered usb. no help. mj support no help.

Usually the audio problem is the other way around. Do you have other programs (or other people on your network) downloading at the same time you are on a call? Your MJ may be competing with other downloads for bandwidth. Also if you are connected to your Internet wirelessly, try a wired connection.
