Possible hack...update email receiving voicemail wav files

I have been trying for months to update where my voicemail wav files are sent with no luck. However, recently I changed where my number was forwarded to and turned that off and on over a 24 hour period and now my voicemail emails have changed. They changed to my account email, not my voicemail email, but hey, you can't have everything
