Cannot receive calls from MagicJack on my cell phone

I have a magic jack with a 512 area code and it is active and fully functional. I have a AT&T Iphone cell phone with a 979 area code. The problem is when I try to call the cell phone from the magic jack... nothing happens. No ring, no voicemail, no connection. It shows ringing once or twice on my magic jack but nothing else happens. I am able to call other cell phones (Also Iphone and AT&T) successfully from my magic jack.
In fact, I am also able to call this magic jack number from my cellphone when it is connected. So I have no clue why I cannot receive calls only from magic jack. (I have tried 2 magic jacks and both cannot reach my cell phone) . Both magic jacks are able to call all other types of phones successfully.
I have tried different cell phone instruments but then also I am not able to receive calls from any magic jack. I am trying to ask AT&T but they seem to have no clue. No numbers are blocked.

Please help if anyone has seen this issue. Thanks in advance.

Chances are your MJ exchange is not been seen yet by ATT as it is "new" USUALLY these tend to work themselves out, however I would contact MJ chat support and see what they can do. Sometimes they can rectify the situation.

Thanks Joe,

I have contacted MJ chat support and they seem to be saying that everything is active and functional and they cannot do anything else.
I asked ATT today and they have published my routing info again, (apparently all other providers need this information to establish a connection).. they asked me to wait for 24-38 hrs and try testing again. Lets see. Thanks.
