Gotta tell you, I have the garbled voice issue with my MJ, I emailed Dan via his aol addy and got some guy Arnold.
Now mind you my degree is in engineering so Ive been doing some tweeks with no results.
Arnold now went thru all the beginner steps like firewall, upgrades, yada yada yada even after I had givien him an outline of what I had already did and how I running my system.
Bottomline, this company is worthless as far as tech support and seems to only be concerned with selling products not whether the products actually operates as advertised.
Emailing Dan is worthless

Welcome to the forum and welcome to the world of magicJack!!! Did you really think you would be speaking to Dan via his supposed email address? LOL. Support sucks, but what do you expect for $20/yr? This forum has some very enlightened members and alot more useful information than their tech support.
