Magic Jack not working while Windows 7 locked

Power setting on my Windows 7 pro client are not set to sleep. The station does automatically lock after 5 minutes. Sometimes, if i pick up the phone i hear a dial tone, but can't dial out unless I log in again.

Make sure in your device manager USB section, in the USB root hub section, power management, uncheck allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
