Outgoing call problem

I just got a new cell phone however i am unable to call it through magic jack, my old cell phone works fine. When i dial the number there is a busy signal then it disconnects. I put my new cell # in call forwarding and dialed my magic jack number with my old cell phone and my new cell rang with no problem. So why can i not call directly to my new cell through magic jack.
Any thoughts?

Other people have reported similar issues. Contact MJ Support and notify them that you are not able to call the number and they will fix the problem.
