No Audio with VM

HI,
I hit the Voice mail button on MJ and hear no audio at all. Shouldnt i hear a greeting? DO you all hear greetings? When I dial my own # from the phone i have installed on MJ it works fine.

I had the same problem. Took me a while to figure out that when selecting voicemail from the softphone, that you have to switch the "Volume/Headset Control" - Device selection to "Headset/Other".
This selection is found in the softphone menu.
Also make sure that your speakers are not muted....
