incorrect name on account.

I helped a friend setup a magic jack and put his name and address on the order. Somehow Magic jack got my name on his account, how do I fix it.

You'll have to contact MJ Support to see what they can do xzimppledink. Nothing can be done on your end.

A while back, the same thing happened to me. I contacted customer service and was told there was nothing they could do to change the name in the account. let's un know if you had better luck than me this time around.
