I am not able to "Sign In" to the MJ service when using the Comcast cable and internet connection in MN. The same machine and device work normal with the Qwest service in MN. Is this a Comcast issue? Thanks for your time and help.

Using it as my home phone line with comcast internet.

I would attempt to power cycle your modem... and be paranoid and think that Comcast is secretly blocking VOiP.... consider switching to Google's TiSP.

You should have put in an answer like "Some times" At first I thought it might have been Comcast for me but then I think I figured it was my router causing all my problems. Cause when thats not plugged in it works just fine.
