RTP300/PAP2 help recieving calls -- SOLVED

I am having a weird issue. I have my RTP300 connected directly to a modem with no PCs or anything else and when someone calls me they tell me they let it ring several times and then it went to voice mail. On my home equipment it shows me that someone called on my caller Id but my phones did not ring. I am using cordless phone system model: cs6219-2 by Vtech. I had this problem intermittently with a Uniden set I had a while back as well. I always have a dial tone and such. Is there a setting I may have wrong on the RTP300? IS there a setting for the incoming call ringer that may need to be tweaked for it to trigger the ringer on my phones?

After a little research I found that some others had the same problems and here are the settings they changed to correct the problem:

That's what I have changed mine to and I will report back if this corrects my problem. If anyone else has any ideas I welcome them. thank you in advance.

I just wanted to report back that so far so good. This does seem to be the correction for my problems. If anyone else has this problem you may want to try this out.
