I can't answer my incoming calls.

Post by Nand1065 »

When I have an incoming call my phone rings with usually one very long ring, when I try to answer I can't get anyone, so I have to return the call. My callers tell me it goes right to voice mail as soon as it starts to ring. Can anyone help me figure this out and tell my how to fix it? Also there is a real time delay for my caller to hear me?? I have tried different phones for both problems, and it doesn't make a difference.

Sounds like a lack of power to your USB ports. Do a search for POWERED USB hubs...

A powered USB hub seems to fix a bunch of problems with the MJ. From NOT ringing to ringing to much :) You should also check your USB root Hub power settings ( device mgr) and uncheck the save power option. I would also try it in another USB port, IN THE BACK of the PC, yes it can make a difference.
This is the one I use and feel free to mention my name.
