Rapid Busy Signal / Hair Loss Due to MJ Technical Support

Post by wmo »

After chatting it up with the MJ 'support' group I've still not received any ideas on how to fix this problem.

About 1 in 5 incoming calls receives a rapid busy tone instead of VM or a connection. If I get the tone and call back 10 seconds later I'll usually connect.

MJ running on XP SP3.

As for the hair loss, just cut your hair short... too short to be able to grab easily with your fingers, thus ending your balding patches and the pain.... =)

I hope that I never have to be one to call them... lol... But I'm sure that my time will come eventually...
