Registering MagicJack

I just bought the magicjack today. When I tried to register it, it said it was already registered. Is there a way to register it again with my e-mail and password? Needless to say, the store will not accept a return because I opened the package. If not, I guess I'm out $40.00.

What store did you buy it from? i return them all the time to walmart after registering them.

O.K....soooo, you are the culprit and reason for the OP problems

I can now assume he brought it at Walmart!

Sorry, I already found the solution. MJ allows you to add additional e-mail addresses. So that is what I did. So far, so good. I also disabled the auto-renew feature, in case the original user registered his/her CC.
