Call features are available if you are using ATA box

I have tried Block Caller ID per call by dial *81+phone number and it works. The CID shows "restricted" at the receiver's phone. To disable it, just dial *82 and then hang up after few sec. I would assume all the other services may be available by using the code at "Vertical services activation code" under the tab of "Region"

Not sure if using those features will flag MJ account, so try at your own risk.

That's interesting. To my knowledge, CID block did not work .....

I tried block caller id per call, did not try block all. Tried call forwarding once with no success. Did not bother to try more, as those features are really not that important to me. Pretty happy with what I have right now.
