Unable to start thinstate capture tool

Hi all I'm using a HP5710 to run my magicjack but for various reasons it would not start, the mj file got corrupted and could not delete. I have a different HP 5710 that is currently running a mj and thought it would be easier to capture an image of the running HP but could not get the thinstate to activate. I have a flash drive installed and running Admin rights
Purchased on ebay and wondering if the tool was deleted.
The other one that was purchased runs fine with Mj
