How to Bypass Magic Jack Call Answering??

I want all unanswered calls to ring through to the phones answering system. How do I set this up? Thanks for any assistance.............Ray

Set your answering machine to pick up in less than 4 rings as the MJ voicemail takes over then.
Kinda common sense there no?

Thanks Joe, I had hoped that there was a setting through MagicJack that would allow me to disable their voicemail..............Ray

Not on its own, no.
However there are a few add ons which allow your MJ to do all sort of things.
Do a search here for magicfeatures and Magicjack beans...

I used Magic features myself because it gives the name in the caller ID as well as call waiting ID right on my phone..

also, if you still have a land line too, you can have the MJ number call forwarded to it, then the voicemail bypassed and doesn't respond anymore

Yep I let him know that when he also asked this question on the PCPhoneSoft Support Forum. It looks like he is interested in buying MagicFeatures as well.

Hope it all works out for him. I love mine..Though I am still using 1.07.
