Can not receive calls

Post by Warner Foster »

When someone calls my MJ number they get a recording saying, "all circuits are busy". This has been going on for several days. Does anyone have a cure or fix?

Can you make calls out and can you call your MJ number with your cell or any other number. There are a few possible reasons why you may not be able to receive calls. Try turning off your firewall for a short time and see if this helps. Also remove your router and connect directly to your modem.

One: Make sure you are NOT using the extension cord you got with the MJ. Also use a REAR USB port on your PC.

Two: In device manager make sure all your USB root hubs are NOT set to save power. If they are uncheck in ALL of the root hubs.

Three: if all of that fails you MAY need a POWERED USB hub. This is the one I and many others on here use http://www.windmilltrading.com/USBProds ... 4U2ABK.htm

One other thing, I ASSUME you have tried another phone...
