Require registration process

Hi all,
I have just bought a new magicjack and install it a week ago, and after that i can use it. But today when i try to call to my mother, it require me with message:
"you must complete the entire registration process.your magicjack will not have outbound or inbound calling capabilities unless you complete the processBookmark".

This is the first time i use magicjack so please help me, and show me how to do this step.
