Xlite + Googlevoice + Gizmo + Magicjack how to do this?

I have GV and Gizmo5 and Magicjack and Xlite and I want to use the Magicjack to plug in my Panasonic portable phone and dial any number through xlite instead of magicjack.
I got the Xlite plugin but I am not sure I set ti up correctly.

Also i use Linux ubuntu often and would prefer a solution that works with either Windows or Ubuntu.

I am considering buying the Linksys Pap2 if this is a better solution.
