hey I am trying to get my proper details from my magicjack so that I can put the details into my RTP300 vonage device and no longer need to keep the magicjack plugged into the computer and turned on.
Yes I have the current magicjack update and a valid account status.
no I am not a vonage customer anymore, nor will i ever be again. and the rtp300 has the 5.01.4 firmware update and I still need to unlock it
