Did you get a new 2.4ghz cordless phone that interferes with your wifi?
Is your MJ line somehow plugged into your DSL wall jack? (via splitter, answering machine, fax machine, etc)

Enjoys a daily VOIP cocktail made from:
-One shot Magic Jack
-One shot TK6000
-One shot NetTalk Duo
-Two shots Ooma (it's bigger)
Shaken, not stirred.
Google Voice is the chaser.

I know you say you have been using this setup for a while now, but IS IT a 2.4mhz phone??
IF YES, it is possible the phone scanned for a new channel and now it is interfering with your wireless router.. If that is the case and if you have a scanning button on your phone, try that. If not change the channel on your wireless router and see if that helps
If none of this is relevant, never mind

Easiest 1st test - try using a corded phone in place of your cordless phone. If it works, then its interference between the phone and wi-fi. You can then either have the phone scan for a new channel or log into your wireless router and try using a different wifi channel. I had a similar problem - first I was using wifi channel 11 with no interference from any cordless phones in the house. Then my wifi would go down when someone was on the phone (MJ worked because it was plugged into a computer hardwired to the router). I changed my router to use channel 6 and the problem went away.
Good answer, I had the same problem, i.e. wireless stopped working while I was on the phone.
It was a new 2.4 cordless phone and it was on the same channel as my wireless router, works fine, but now I hear some backgroup beeping on the phone. I will keep checking for info.
Thanks for the post!
