Not able to Shut down Magic Jack properly, Help please

Not able to shut down majic jack properly,above pic is results of try to shut down usb.
am running xp sp3 and ie 7no problems shutting down flashsticks etc,majic jack is the only thing that won't shut down,Wife has windows 7 and ie 8 same deal.
has any one had the same happen and if so what's the fix? Thanks in advance.

went thru my task manager and shutting it down from there did the trick,

If you follow that link you can avoid going into the task manager and shutting it down via a shortcut icon.

I use it and it works great and a LOT faster.
