Caller ID (number only) on the Softphone Display

This is a great forum!
I was wondering... the incoming CID displays correctly on my harware telephone, with name and number. But as for the MJ's softphone display, it displays only the number, without the name.

-Is it supposed to be that way when not used with Magicfeatures or am I missing something?

Please confirm because I did not want to use anything other than the softphone that comes with it.

The name of the caller ONLY appears in the incoming call window of the magicJack dialer if you have previously included it in the Contacts list; otherwise, only the number of the caller is displayed.
