trying to setup magic jack on 3cx system

Ok I was able to retrieve my user names passwords and server info from my magic jack. I am using MJMD5. I know my setup is working because if I put my login info into x-lite, I am able to connect and make calls with no problem. When I put the same info into 3cx The voip line reads as registered, but I am not able to make a call. I get a bad gateway error message. Any tips or hints?

Can you receive calls?

I think I am in the same situation.

I can receive, but not place calls in the 3CX system.
