I know this has other posts but none of them answered my issue. I have a Dell E6500 laptop running Windows 7 with my Jawbone ICON headset successfully paired to it. I can see it in device manager and the devices window. There are no issues seen in device manager. When I open MJ and switch to headset and the look at available options the head set is not there.
I have update all drivers.
Thoughts? Thanks.
