Area code 570 fails again!

For the 3rd time the past month or two, calls to Area Code 570 results in 3 fast busy beeps then silence. 1st time this happened I got the usual run around from MJ support. Then I emailed Dan at HQ and within a few hours service to Area 570 was restored. This lasted a couple of weeks then calls failed again. Emails to Dan went unanswered but after several days 570 started working again. However today calls are failing. Again an email to Dan wasn't responded to. Has anyone had success in getting a refund from MJ?

From the lack of response on this issue, suspect the MJ IT staff doesn't follow the forum

You are correct that MJ doesn't formally follow the forum, if at all. Somewhere here you can find reference to Dan's email--sorry I don't have it --and sometimes that gets results.
