Contact not dowloading

I wonder if it a temporary problem with their server. I rebooted the Op Sys and upon Magicjack being installed, no contacts were downloaded. There was a statement saying the download would occur again in 4 minute. It timed down and tried to download again, saying it would not download. If want to download the contacts, click on this link. I tried for the 3d time and now it says No Downloads.

I guess I will wait until later and try again.

Yup looks like the MJ servers are down for maintenance or upgrading… I’ve been unable to download my contacts or for the matter log into “MyMagicJack.Com” for the last number of hours.

The last time this happened, we were back up and running within about 6 hours or so…

Thanks guys. I contacted a live agent but got no answer. He kept me waiting for a long time with no response.

I suspected it was their server, but wanted to confirm it.

I am very disappointed in the live help.
