my mj cannot do outgoing calls...it said...excessive usage...how can i fix it?

Sorry but magicjack doesn't have "unlimited" calling you must make a lot of phone calls might want to get a few magicjacks and spread your calls over them...or look at getting a different provider.

You can still receive calls.

You can add funds to your int'l acct and make paygo calls at 1 cent $US per minute but you're probably too cheap for that!!!

I seriously doubt that. Even if his '4-5 calls per day' maxed out at 2 hrs each he would still likely be within the TOS.
In any event, he's scrooged. I only know of 1 case where MJ has restored an account that was closed for abuse and there was fraud involved.
He may want to appeal to Dan and get them to check his calling records. They track the IP address where the call originates and might relent if there is obvious fraud where someone stole his credentials.
