drops 4 out of 5 calls within 30 seconds and no caller id

Yep so started happening about 4 days ago... tried online support but they are about as smart as a raccoon.

anyone know the email i can contact magicjack at and get a replacement sent out?

I payed the extra $1 for a year of insurance incase my magic jack broke and I think it has.....

but their website is so terrible i can't find anything.

First thing I would do is to check to see if you have the lateset firmware for your router ( you may even want to do a search in this forum for TOMATO).
Also if you are using the extension cord which came with your MJ, don't. It causes more problems than it is worth. Also try to use a REAR USB port when possible. And if all else fails, look into getting a POWERED USB hub.

I had the same problem for quiet a few month since I start using Linksys router. I did everything you can imagine to solve drop calls problem,it's a long story,don't want waist a space and type'em,till one day searching internet I got someone advice and updated my Linksys with dd-wrt software. Don't have any problem since.......
