MJ can not make any number with extension

none of these sample work for me after renew service with MJ
the 1st year i used MJ i don't have problem like this.

Try used different phone..computer..reboot computer... call local with 1 with out 1 and aria code.... chat with MJ tech suport problem still not fix


Problem
call my friend at work his number he give to me with ext
sample : 408 xxx-xxx ext 432

call local car dealers auto anser system ask select #1 service..#2 parts and so on but none of them work

local call heal care office system ask me #1 English #2 Spanish i hit one of this still not take me any where

call international with prepay card use to work now it not work[/quote]

Log into the my.magicjack.com portal and change the setting for "pin codes" or "dtmf".
Enjoys a daily VOIP cocktail made from:

-One shot Magic Jack

-Two shots Ooma (it's bigger)

my.magicjack.com server update today
final i can log in after 6 hours waiting but i can not find setting for "pin codes" or "dtmf"

It looks like MJ has changed the info displayed in our accounts too. There is no PIN field that I can see any more.

Yes. It seems they are streamlining all the interfaces (or dumbing down).
